- To be eligible for a return, your perfume must not be used more than 10%.
- Delivery charges will not be returned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue right there and can take corrective action (If needed).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will inform you once we’ve received and evaluated your return, and will let you know if refund was eligible. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
